Within helps you stay within your budget. We customize your
package according to your needs and wishes. We are a valuable
information source that will make your wedding day memorable and
unique. Listed below are the type of services we offer.
Research Vendors/General Consultation
Details Within will narrow down and provide at least three (3)
vendors for each part of your wedding that you wish to have help
with: ceremony or reception site, officiant, DJ/Band, flowers,
photographer, etc. We will also be available to answer
general/etiquette questions regarding your wedding. If you’re
looking for unique ideas for favors, themes, reception fun, we
will brainstorm and provide you various choices. We will attend
vendor meetings with you to make sure all questions are answered
and all hidden points are discussed.
Budgeting Session – 3 - 4 hours
We will cover all the points necessary to plan within your wedding
budget. We will create an outline of your needs and wishes. By
prioritizing these aspects of your special day based on what is
most important to both of you (ie. photography, entertainment), we
will allocate the budget accordingly. Details Within will also
provide a list of vendors in your area.
Day-Of Services
Let Details Within be your personal wedding assistant. Our
consultant will be with you as much as you need, from the moment
you wake up until the last guest leaves, or anything in between.
We will have a complete list of your vendors with phone numbers in
case they need to be reached. This Service includes the Rehearsal,
as it is our responsibility to make sure everyone knows when &
where they need to be to make the ceremony run smoothly. For the
actual ceremony, Details Within will set-up the programs, unity
candles and other special details, and will also clean up after
the ceremony ends. We will then arrive at the reception before the
guests. We check the set-up, placement of guest book, favors, and
gift table. We monitor the book and gifts until your attendant
arrives. Most importantly, we will be there to attend to you, as a
brand new couple. The details, such as the timeline for the day
(cake, garter, parent dance) and keeping informed of up-coming
events, should not be burdensome for you. We will see to it that
you truly enjoy your reception, as you leave the details to us. Do
you need to find a certain guest, request a song? Sit back, relax,
and let us do the running for you. It is your day to be pampered!!
Wrap-up Package
More brides want a little more than the Day-Of Services, yet do
not need Full-Wedding planning. This 'little more' includes
timelines as the day draws closer, email/phone contact to discuss
ideas, concerns, and details, and 1 vendor visit (usually with the
reception place at the couple's last meeting--this is a good time
for me to see the place, get a feel for the layout, and find out
the reception site's last concerns and expectations of the Day).
Full Wedding Coordination 10-15% of budget
We will help in all aspects of the wedding, including researching,
setting up meetings, booking, and keeping vendor payments on
track. Also important are details of the wedding such as attire,
invitations, centerpieces, and reception necessities. We will
remember all those 'little things' that add up, so you can be
stress-free right up to your wedding. On your special day, our
consultant will be with you to make sure everything runs smoothly,
timely, and exceptionally well (see Day-Of Services). Based on the involvement you wish us
to have in your planning and in your actual day, we will calculate
the actual fee (10-15%).
Organize Honeymoon
We will show you all your options and arrange flights, hotels, and
packages. Details Within will also pick up your tickets for you,
so it’s one less thing you have to remember.
